Marketing Assistant

Role and Responsibilities :

1.     Record enquiries on email / phone and reply to clients.

2.     Maintain records for all enquiries and any other marketing data on SAP program. Highlight any missing timelines on enquiries received as per records maintained. Compiling and distributing information as required.

3.     Maintain records of technical papers like ISO documents and certificates received from laboratories and marketing related files maintenance.

4.     Fill the online tender on client portals like Ariba, Bandu, etc.

5.     Collaborating with Project team and marketing manager.

6.     Preparing the work file for the handover to be done to client.

7.     Supporting for digital marketing

8.     General office duties

9.     Respond to the client within 24 hours of receiving mail for any information required by client.

10.  Create marketing documents for file handover, estimation, kick off meeting, presentation and any office support to Manager while on field.

11.  Prepare presentation as required by manager based on client requirement.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation in any field.

Experience

Preferred 1-2 years in Marketing
