Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives. You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create, edit, and publish content for social media, email, website, and other communication channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the management of social media accounts, engagement, and reporting.
• Help coordinate events, webinars, and marketing-related logistics.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to support cross-functional projects.
• Maintain organized records of marketing assets, data, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Office like (word, excel, power point, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
