Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our pest control services and generate new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for approaching residential societies, restaurants, hotels, offices, and commercial establishments to introduce our pest control solutions and convert leads into clients.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition

• Identify and approach new clients such as housing societies, restaurants, hotels, offices, warehouses, and commercial properties.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.

1. Service Promotion
2. 
   

• Explain pest control services such as termite control, rodent control, mosquito control, and general pest control to potential clients.
• Present company profile, service benefits, and pricing.

1. Site Visits & Inspection
2. 
   

• Visit client locations for basic inspection.
• Coordinate with technical team for detailed inspection when required.

1. Quotation & Follow-ups
2. 
   

• Share quotations with clients.
• Follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed orders.

1. Relationship Management
2. 
   

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service renewal.

1. Market Research
2. 
   

• Study competitor pricing and services.
• Identify new areas and sectors for business growth.

1. Sales Target

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
• Maintain daily activity and lead reports.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
• Ability to travel locally for client visits
