Property valuation means assessing the correct market value of a property based on its location, construction, documents, and current market conditions. The valuation report helps banks decide the loan amount and ensures the property is legally and financially sound.

My role includes inspecting the property, verifying documents, analysing location factors, and preparing accurate valuation reports as per bank guidelines. I work in close coordination with DSAs and Branch Managers to ensure smooth processing, transparent communication, and timely delivery of reports, supporting faster loan approvals and maintaining strong professional relationships
