Work Type: 90% Office (Calling & Follow-ups) | 10% Field Visits

This role is for a smart, result-oriented person who:

• Knows how to use AI tools to find hotel & resort leads
• Works intelligently, not blindly
• Focuses on closures, not excuses

• 🧑‍💼 Key ResponsibilitiesDaily calling hotels, resorts, villas & hospitality projects
• Identify decision makers (Owner / Purchase Manager / Admin)
• Pitch Ramaiya’s eco-friendly hotel amenities confidently
• Send catalogues, price lists & product details via WhatsApp & Email
• Regular follow-ups to convert leads into orders
• Close orders and coordinate with internal team for execution
• Maintain call reports, lead tracker & follow-up schedules
• Occasional field visits (10%) for serious clients, sampling or closures
• 🎯 Candidate Profile2–5 years experience in:
• Hotel / Resort sales
• Hospitality supplies / B2B institutional sales
• Excellent phone communication & persuasion skills
• Comfortable with high-volume daily calling
• Understands hotel purchasing process
• Target-oriented and self-driven
• Experience in hotel amenities / eco products is an advantage
• ⏰ Work StructureOffice-based daily calling & follow-ups
• Fixed working hours
• Limited field visits only when required
• 💰 Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)
