Marketing & Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is ready to take the lead on our outreach and help us grow. We value people who don't wait for a "to-do" list but instead look at the day's goals and get moving. If you are someone who enjoys building professional connections and staying organized, we would love to have you on our team.

What the Role Involves:

• Finding New Business: You will research and identify potential buyers, mapping out who they are and how we can best serve them.
• Email Outreach: Your primary task is to write and send clear, persuasive pitches to prospective clients to introduce our products.
• Managing LinkedIn: You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining our company’s professional profile on LinkedIn to keep us visible in the industry.
• Handling Inquiries: You will stay on top of leads from platforms like IndiaMART, ensuring every query is answered promptly and professionally.
• Building Relationships: We need you to stay in consistent contact with Purchase Managers, building the trust needed to turn a lead into a long-term client.
• Tracking Progress: You’ll keep a simple record of who you’ve contacted and where we stand with them so nothing falls through the cracks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proactive Work Ethic: We need a self-starter. You should be able to identify your own tasks for the day and execute them without needing constant direction.
• Strong Writing Skills: You should be able to write professional, courteous emails that represent our company well.
• Research Skills: You’re someone who knows how to find information online and identify the right people to contact.
• Platform Knowledge: You should be comfortable using LinkedIn for business and navigating B2B platforms like IndiaMART.

Salary & Incentives

• Monthly Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (based on your experience).
• Incentives: 1% – 2% commission on successful sales (we are happy to discuss the specifics of this with you).
