Qualification: Graduate in any stream (financial background)

Experience:  3-5 years in the construction industry preferably

             Should be presentable

             Fluent Spoken/Written English

CTC:        20 to 30 K

Gender:     Male

Responsibilities & Skills:

1. Responsible to handle all enquiries for all type of documentation Work.
2. Need to know the calculation of interest & percentage of rent & etc.
3. Handle all post sales activities and documentations.
4. Draft letters/Email and other communication with clients. 
5. Handle any telephonic enquiries regarding our projects. 
6. Prepare maintenance bills and follow up on payments.
7. Entry of all post sales activities and procedures into the system
8. Good English communication skills (Oral/Written).
