Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

Explain real estate projects to potential clients with clear, professional, and detailed communication.

Present project features, pricing, amenities, layouts, and documentation in an easy-to-understand manner.

Conduct client meetings, virtual tours, and on-site project visits to enhance customer understanding and interest.

Make outbound calls to new prospective clients to introduce the project and generate fresh leads.

Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to maintain engagement and drive conversions.

Invite clients to visit the project site and ensure proper scheduling of appointments.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase project visibility, brand reach, and customer inquiries.

Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and sales targets.

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, events, brochures, and advertisements.

Perform market research to understand customer needs, competitor projects, pricing trends, and industry updates.

Provide strategic recommendations for improving project positioning and overall marketing performance.

Supervise and guide the marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders to boost lead flow.

Track marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Ensure all marketing activities reflect the company’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
