Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth across region or pan India

• Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, trade, and offline channels)

• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in competitive markets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities across region or nationwide

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, performance marketing, and CRM campaigns

• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, distributors, and key partners

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making

• Manage marketing budgets effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Min 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in health & wellness, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sectors

• Proven experience in handling pan-India marketing operations

• Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to think strategically while executing operational plans

Preferred Skills

• Experience in brand management and product lifecycle management

• Understanding of regulatory environment for health/wellness products

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

💰 Salary (Example)
