Qualification: Minimum Diploma/BE in Mechanical Draftsman having minimum experience of 2 years in petroleum refinery or petrochemical complex in the field of mechanical drafting to carry out the aforesaid jobs. 

Job Profile:

1. To draw inspection sketches/Engineering Drawings in line with customers inspection standard sketches for static equipments i.e. Columns, Vessels, Reactors, Tanks, Exchangers, Air fin coolers, Heaters and piping. etc.
2. The sketch will include thickness measurement locations, design /construction data etc.
3. These sketches shall be developed in A3 or A4 sizes based on the complexity of the equipment. Size of the drawing will be decided by customer engineer in-charge. Sketches of Columns shall be made in A3 sizes. Sketches of piping shall be made in A4 sizes. Number of A4 sheets for one piping loop will be decided by customer engineer in-charge.
4. Submit the sketches to Customer in editable soft copy (CAD drawings). 
5. Drafting of letters as instructed by any officer of Customer.
6. Managing Inward and outward communications and correspondence registers
7. Filing of Inward/outward communications as per Customers filing requirement
8. Assisting Engineering officer/Safety officer in Vendor invoice management and filing.
9. Coordinating with Auditor/Visitors/ Insecting Authorities for producing files and documents as required.
10. Preparing and Assisting in Various MIS data.
11. Participating in Trainings and Events by Customer.
12. Preparing and Maintaining of Various data an related to Sales and Operation.
13. Upkeeping of Engineering related drawings.
14. Preparing various notices.
15. Any other office job as instructed by Customer officials.
