Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC / VMC Operator to handle machine operations, setup, and production activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of machining processes, tools, and measuring instruments to ensure high-quality precision components.

• Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines as per job order or production plan.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
• Load raw materials, tools, and fixtures on machines and verify proper setup.
• Make offset adjustments and tool changes when required.
• Monitor machining operations and ensure components meet dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards.
• Inspect finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Report any mechanical or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow safety procedures work environment.
