Medical Device Sales Representative / Territory Manager

• Key Responsibilities (Core for All Roles)Promote and sell assigned medical devices and solutions within a defined territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other stakeholders
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical support as required
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, closing, and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, service, logistics, and regulatory affairs
