Medical Representative (MR)

Department: sales & Marketing. 

Location: Hospital / Healthcare Facility

Job Summary

The Surgical Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital’s surgical services, building strong relationships with doctors/microbiologist/ purchase team and increasing product volumes. 

Key Responsibilities

Promote the hospital’s surgical specialties and services to use our products. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors/microbiologist/ purchase team

Identify and generate leads through field visits, camps & promotional events. 

Monitor competitor activities and market trends in surgical products. 

Support branding and promotional activities (brochures, banners, digital marketing coordination)

Achieve monthly and quarterly surgical conversion and revenue targets

Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, and conversions

Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration. 

1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (surgical marketing preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge for hospital operations is an advantage

Ability to build rapport with doctors/microbiologist/ purchase team

Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel , PPT)
