Job Description – Medical Representative (Herbal Pharma Sales)

Position: Medical Representative (Male/Female)

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Any Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Science background preferable)

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred; Freshers can also apply

Salary Range: 20,000 to 40,000 (as per experience and performance)

Other Requirement: Bike or Scooter is compulsory

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell herbal pharma products in assigned territory.

Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors daily.

Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product prescriptions.

Maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists.

Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.

Submit daily call reports and follow company guidelines.

Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic product knowledge (herbal/science background helpful).

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Ability to work independently and manage territory.
