Role Overview

The MEP Supervisor will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on site and ensure execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting works

• Ensure installation as per approved drawings

• Coordinate between MEP contractors and civil teams

• Resolve site coordination issues

• Ensure materials and installation meet specifications

• Conduct inspections and testing

• Track daily progress and update site management

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5–8 years experience in MEP execution

• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial buildings preferred
