Job Description


  • Merchandising & Display:


  • Ensure correct product placement, visibility, and shelf presence as per brand guidelines.
  • Maintain planograms, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and promotional displays.
  • Stock Management:


  • Check stock levels regularly and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Monitor expiry dates and maintain product freshness at outlets.
  • Retail Execution:


  • Visit assigned stores on a daily/weekly schedule.
  • Ensure all SKUs are listed, priced correctly, and barcoded.
  • Implement marketing promotions and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, supervisors, and staff.
  • Coordinate with distributors and the sales team for timely deliveries.
  • Reporting:


  • Submit daily visit reports with photos and stock updates.
  • Track competitor activities and share insights with the management team.
