MIS Executive

An MIS Executive manages, maintains, and optimizes a company's Management Information Systems (MIS) to support data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, generating regular and custom reports, and creating dashboards and visualizations. They also collaborate with other departments to understand data needs, provide technical support for MIS applications, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data security and compliance. 

Core Responsibilities

Data Management: Collect, input, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and integrity. 

Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively. 

System Maintenance & Support: Manage and maintain MIS infrastructure, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical support and training to users on MIS applications. 

Data Security: Implement and enforce data management policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations. 

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their specific data needs and reporting requirements. 

Key Activities

Database Development: Develop and maintain databases for storing and organizing data effectively. 

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of MIS systems to ensure smooth operations. 

Automation: Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like Excel macros or Business Intelligence (BI) tools to improve efficiency. 

Strategic Input: Provide insights and support for strategic planning by analyzing data and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Salary upto 30k Gross (Depends on last salary and interview )
• General Shift Timings
• Graduation is mandatory
• CIBIL Score 700 or more (Kindly note less than 700 CIBIL score candidates are not elegible for the profile )
• Age limit upto 35 Years only
• Both genders can apply
• Atleast 6 Months of on paper experience in MIS profile
• Candidate must know advanced excel including all the formulas
