*Job Title:* MIS Executive (Sales & Employee Data)

*Location:* Vikhroli, Mumbai

*Education:* Minimum Graduate

*Experience:* 1-2 years

*Key Skills:* Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts), MS Office tools, data analysis

*Responsibilities:*

- _Sales Team Data_: Track employee performance, targets, and incentives.

- _MIS Reports_: Generate reports on sales productivity, lead conversion, and employee performance.

- _Data Analysis_: Analyze sales trends, employee productivity, and target achievements.

- _Process Support_: Assist in data validation, reporting, and process improvements for sales ops.

- _Collaboration_: Work with sales, HR, and operations teams for data accuracy.

*Preferred Attributes:*

- Experience tracking sales data or employee performance metrics.

- Familiarity with sales CRMs or HRMS is a plus.

- Strong Excel skills with ability to handle large datasets.

*Salary Range:* ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month
