Software Implementation & Management

• Implement and manage Facility Management Software (complaint management, asset tracking, AMC tracking)
• Ensure all sites use the system effectively (tickets, reports, logs)
• Coordinate with software vendors for setup, customization, and training

2. Digitization of Operations

• Convert manual registers into digital formats (checklists, logs, reports)
• Create SOP-based workflows (complaints, maintenance, inspections)
• Automate reporting (daily / monthly reports for clients)

3. Data & Reporting

• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements

4. Site Coordination

• Train Facility Managers, supervisors, and CREs on software usage
• Ensure compliance across sites
• Act as bridge between operations team and management

5. Process Improvement

• Standardize operations across all sites
• Introduce automation tools (mobile apps, QR-based systems, attendance systems)
• Improve customer experience through faster response systems
