·       To ensure TAT is met from receipt of policies till card dispatch through TAT report. 

·       To ensure smooth Vendor co-ordination & stock movement to vendor.

·       Sending required reports to HO

·       To ensure storing of policy documents/data in retrievable manner.

·       To ensure dispatch / re-dispatch of ids cards particulars are made available in application

·       Inspection of Printed Id cards. 

·       Updation of soft copy of policy/beneficiary details in application and to cross check group policy conditions.

·       Generation & mailing of e-cards.

·       Helping decentralized branches.

·       Verification of Policy conditions of Groups

·       Attending to CAS related corporates

Skills:

•           Must have expertise in MS Excel

•           Ability to speak, write and read English

•           Good Arithmetic and analytical skills.

•           Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills.
