The role involves demonstrating product features, assisting customers with inquiries, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell mobile phones and accessories to customers.
• Demonstrate product features and explain specifications clearly.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and budget.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Keep updated on new mobile models, features, and market trends.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the supervisor.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous sales experience (mobile retail experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good product knowledge of smartphones and accessories.
• Persuasive and confident personality.
• Ability to work in retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge.
