Experience -1 year Experience in Mobilization 

Work Details - 

 This is a 100% field job, the mobilizer to dedicate all working hours to field activities.

 Well-versed in preparing MIS reports with MS office tools.

 Conduct outreach and networking within the Dharavi community to identify and mobilize

potential candidates for various training and development programs.

 Establish and nurture strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations,

and key stakeholders to support mobilization efforts.

 Organize and actively participate in community events and meetings to raise awareness

and drive engagement in the programs.

 Monitor and report on mobilization progress, ensuring that targets are met within the

stipulated timeframe.

 Provide valuable feedback and insights from the community to help refine and improve

program strategies.

 Collaborate closely with the program management team to ensure alignment of

mobilization efforts with overall program objectives.

 Adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards and utmost integrity in all

mobilization activities.

 Any other task given by organization.
