Multi-Skilled Technician

MST (Multi-Skilled Technician) – Job Responsibilities (Electrical + HVAC Must)

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle electrical maintenance work at site (DB checking, wiring, lighting, MCB change, UPS basic checking)
• Perform HVAC maintenance (Split AC / Cassette AC / Ductable AC servicing & troubleshooting)
• Attend breakdown complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Routine preventive maintenance (PM) of electrical & AC systems
• Support ATM and bank branch maintenance activities
• Check earthing, power supply issues, and load distribution
• Basic knowledge of fire alarm system & safety equipment
• Coordinate with site supervisor and operations team
• Maintain service reports and visit updates
• Ready to handle multiple sites visits (field job)
• Mandatory Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Electrical maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience in ATM / Bank / Corporate facility maintenance preferred
