Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and CPE devices.
- Perform field visits for troubleshooting fiber, cabling, wireless, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor network via NMS tools, resolve alerts, and update tickets.
- Coordinate with teams for escalations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and customer communication.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in networking/NOC/field support.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, fiber, VLAN, PPPoE, NAT.
- Experience with MikroTik/Cisco/UBNT preferred.
- CCNA/MTCNA (preferred), good communication skills.
- Ready for field travel and rotational shifts.
