Network Engineer

OPERATIONAL-Administrative

·      Working in Operation Center for overall client coordination through email, phone call and actual meeting whenever required

·      Coordination with three shifts of Network Engineers of Operation Center

·      Coordination with OSP (FRT & CIVIL) team for regular daily activities

·      Handover & Takeover from the shifts.

·      Share NOC Team, Patroller Team, Civil Team & FRT Team attendance to HR.

·      Validate Patroller attendance from VTS & Civil & FRT attendance by using Biometric and share to HR.

·      Validate Labour Attendance from Biometric & sent to HR

·      Attendance & HOTO of FRT as daily checklist for regular activities.

·      Preparation of monthly shift schedules for CIVIL & FRT team

·      Publish O&M shift schedule of next day in O & M What's App group.

·      Regular coordination amongst various team members through different WhatsApp groups

·      If O&M shift Schedule violation, then update in deviation report & report to management.

·      Share updated Task list planning & progress report to MIS.

·      Compliance of All shifts Deviation & share to MIS.

·      Publish Fiber performance report, capture OFC & OSP DPR (Daily progress Report), Patrollers DPR to Management.

OPERATIONAL-TECHNICAL

·      Co-ordinate with client-TT generation in CRM for OFC fault and follow up with FRT team for completion of work.

·      Publish plan of action for all O&M OFC team members as per task priority

·      Create TAT for O&M OSP activities as per task priority in coordination with the Client

g.     New Duct Laying & regular update at every incident of deviation.

·      GPS tracking of FRT, OSP & Patrollers vehicle/duties and Manpower record & Validate vehicle mobilization start & end time with Google map.

·      Patroller attendance to capture and verify with patroller snap, helmet, date & time, lat-long.

·      Monthly Client billing as per billing cycle, recovery follow-up in coordination with Finance & Accounts team.

·      Validate mobilization Start & End time of OSP & FRT DPR with Technopurple software/other modes.

·      Generation of MTTR (Mean time to report/restore) report to monitor uptime & downtime of link.

·      Update Vehicle utilization report with refueling & average, Labour utilization repot, Material utilization report.
