Job Description
Hiring: Service Desk Technician / NOC Engineer – Vikhroli
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
💼 Experience: 1.2+ Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

📅 Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday Off

🔧 Skills Required
* Strong Remote Desktop Support experience
* M365: Outlook, Teams, User Management
* Troubleshooting: Application, LAN/WAN, IP issues
* Basic Windows Server / Active Directory
* Monitoring tools: Zabbix / PRTG / SolarWinds / ManageEngine
* Knowledge of servers, switches, firewalls (preferred)
