Network Technician

A Cable / Internet Field Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing broadband and cable connections at customer locations. The technician visits homes or offices to set up fiber or cable lines, configure routers and ONUs, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure stable internet service. The role requires basic knowledge of networking equipment, fiber/cable wiring, and good customer service skills. The technician must respond to service calls, diagnose problems quickly, and ensure customers receive reliable internet connectivity.
