North Indian Cook

Department: Kitchen – Indian Cuisine

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Based on experience & position)

🔹 Positions:

1. Commi 1 – Senior helper cook
2. Commi 2 – Mid helper cook
3. Commi 3 – Junior helper cook

🥘 Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of Indian cuisine (North Indian / South Indian / Tandoor as required)
• Basic food preparation & cooking skills
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen instructions
• Good knife skills & cutting techniques
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards (FSSAI rules)
• Teamwork and helping senior chefs
• Time management and ability to work in fast operations

• 📌 Responsibilities

Assist Chef in preparation and cooking of Indian dishes

• Cutting, chopping, marination, gravy preparation, dough preparation etc.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen area & equipment
• Follow standard recipes to maintain taste & quality
• Proper storage of raw materials & reduce wastage
• Maintain grooming and hygiene standards always

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Indian kitchen (hotel/restaurant)
• Ability to work in shifts
• Physically fit and hardworking
• Positive attitude and discipline
• Willing to learn new dishes and improve skills
