Job Description
Service Operation Coordinator (Female OR Male) role:
Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–2 years (Customer Service / Operations Coordination)
Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Operation Coordinator (Female) to manage daily customer service operations, coordinate with clients for product deliveries, and ensure smooth logistics for laptops, projectors, and other service items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Share and follow up on quotations with customers.
- Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules with customers.
- Arrange daily pick-up and delivery of laptops, projectors, and other equipment.
- Maintain records of service orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with logistics and technical and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Resolve or escalate any customer issues related to service or delivery.
Requirements:Female candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Work Hours: 10 to 6.30 pm. Monday to Saturday
