Job Description


Key Responsibilities




🔹 Administration & Office Operations



  • Manage day-to-day office administration and smooth functioning of the workplace
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, and expense tracking
  • Maintain office discipline, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate housekeeping, vendors, and facility management
  • Organize travel bookings, meetings, and events




🔹 HR & Hiring Support



  • Assist in recruitment and hiring activities (scheduling interviews, documentation, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee files and HR records
  • Support payroll inputs and reimbursements




🔹 Accounts & Finance



  • Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
  • Manage bank-related activities (cheque deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, documentation)
  • Prepare expense reports and petty cash management
  • Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  • Vendor payments, invoice processing, and follow-ups
  • Maintain purchase and sales records




🔹 Sales Team & Field Support



  • Track sales team attendance, travel expenses, and claims
  • Maintain reports and MIS for management review
  • Coordinate with field staff for documentation and expense approvals




🔹 Legal & Compliance



  • Coordinate with legal advisors for company legal matters
  • Maintain statutory records, licenses, agreements, and contracts
  • Ensure timely compliance and documentation




🔹 IT & Infrastructure



  • Maintenance and supervision of office IT, hardware, and software
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades
  • Ensure data backups and system safety




🔹 Marketing & Events



  • Participate and assist in exhibitions, expos, and trade shows
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and materials for events
