Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy / Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves a combination of administrative support, fieldwork, banking, billing, and coordination activities to ensure smooth functioning of both office and site operations.


Billing & Accounts Support


  • Assist in preparation and verification of bills.
  • Enter purchase invoices and expenses into the purchase register.
  • Cross-check supporting documents before submission for payment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding pending bills.


Banking & Collections


  • Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, challans, and other formalities.
  • Handle cheque submissions, RTGS/NEFT forms, and other banking paperwork.
  • Follow up for payment recovery and collect payments from clients, customers, or vendors.


Site & Field Work


  • Conduct basic site inspections and share updates with the office team.
  • Deliver or collect documents, materials, and samples as required.
  • Support site team with routine checks and follow-ups.


Administrative Support


  • Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and other office errands.
  • Assist with courier dispatch, utility bill payments, and general office upkeep.
  • Support senior staff with ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.


Ad-Hoc & Coordination Tasks


  • Run errands as instructed by management.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, material follow-ups, and document submissions to authorities.
  • Provide general assistance across departments wherever required.


Skills Required


  • Basic knowledge of billing/accounting entries (Excel or Tally exposure is a plus).
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, banking, and travel within the city.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Honest, punctual, and dependable.
  • Flexible to handle both office and on-site duties.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
