Office Assistant

An Office Boy's job involves supporting daily office operations by ensuring cleanliness, serving refreshments, managing mail/deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting staff with basic administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and running errands to maintain a smooth, productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, serving beverages, handling documents, managing supplies, and assisting visitors, requiring a reliable and organized individual. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance: Keeping the office, pantry, and restrooms clean, tidy, and organized.
• Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Supply Management: Monitoring and restocking office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
• Errands: Running errands, such as purchasing supplies or delivering documents.
