Office Assistant Cum Digital Marketing Executive

• Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and efficient Office Assistant / Digital Marketing to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be able to Design Social Media Posts , Manage Social Media, handle incoming phone calls, schedule meetings/appointments, and manage documentation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Social Media Posts , Manage Social Media
• Events Calendar & Meetings Coordination
• Backend Office Management
• Coordinating with People on Calls & Others
• Social Media Platforms
• Ensuring smooth operations
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the team or management.
• Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
• Prepare documents and reports as needed (in English and Hindi).
• Perform Hindi typing for official documents, letters, and reports.
• Assist in data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and support the smooth functioning of office operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the office workspace.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills – verbal and written (Hindi & English).
• Photoshop, Coral Draw
• Social Media Management
• Digital Marketing
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
• Polite and professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in Office Assistant / Digital Marketing role is an advantage.
