Job Title: Office Assistant / Office Boy

Job Description:

We are hiring an Office Boy with basic computer and Excel knowledge to assist in daily office activities, documentation, and operational support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, handling administrative tasks, and supporting staff in basic data entry or record-keeping work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a well-organized work environment.
• Perform basic data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation using Excel.
• Help with printing, photocopying, and scanning of office documents.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
• Assist with inventory of office and pantry supplies.
• Support administrative team with routine tasks and small errands.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
• Prior experience in office assistance or administrative work preferred.
• Well-organized, punctual, and responsible with good communication skills.
• Willingness to handle multiple tasks and assist different departments when needed.
