Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Support & Admin WorkOpening and closing the office as per working hours
  • Keeping office premises clean, organized, and presentable
  • Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
  • Assisting staff with routine office work as required
  • Document & Courier HandlingCarrying files, documents, and office papers between departments
  • Visiting banks, post office, courier services, vendors, government offices, etc.
  • Collecting and delivering cheques, letters, parcels, and office documents
  • Maintaining basic records of outward and inward documents if required
  • Housekeeping & MaintenanceEnsuring cleanliness of workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms
  • Arranging furniture, files, and office supplies properly
  • Informing admin about repair or maintenance needs (electricity, plumbing, etc.)
  • Office Supplies ManagementAssisting in stock checking of stationery, pantry items, and office supplies
  • Refilling water bottles, printer paper, and pantry items
  • Supporting admin during inventory checking
  • Visitor AssistanceWelcoming visitors and guiding them appropriately
  • Informing concerned staff about visitor arrival
  • Ensuring visitors are seated comfortably
  • Other DutiesAny other work assigned by management from time to time
