Office Boy / Peon

Job Summary:The Peon is responsible for providing basic support services to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, handling documents, and performing routine errands.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including rooms, corridors, and restrooms
• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required
• Deliver files, documents, and messages within and outside the office
• Assist in arranging furniture and setting up meeting rooms
• Open and close office rooms as instructed
• Operate basic office equipment such as photocopiers (if required)
• Assist administrative staff with simple clerical tasks
• Ensure office supplies are stored and replenished
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Must know how to to ride a bike
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic literacy (ability to read and write simple instructions)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Honest, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Polite and cooperative attitude
• Experience:Freshers may apply
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Working Conditions:Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
• May require standing, walking, or lifting light items

Timing: 8.30AM to 7PM
