Office Boy / Peon

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to manage daily office support tasks and handle outdoor duties such as pickup and drop, purchasing stationery, and other office-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
• Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and other basic clerical tasks.
• Assist in moving and arranging office items when required.
• Visit banks, courier offices, and other locations for official work.
• Manage pickup and drop of documents, parcels, or other items.
• Purchase office stationery and other required materials.
• Monitor and maintain stock of office supplies.
• Support staff with day-to-day operational needs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
