Roles and Responsibilities of Office
Coordinator
Office Management and Administration
- Organizing Office Space: Ensuring the office remains neat and well-organized, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Record Keeping and Filing: Maintaining both physical and digital files, including financial records, contracts, and other important documents.
- Communication Management: Answering calls, emails, and handling general office correspondence.
- Document Preparation: Creating and managing financial-related documentation, such as delivery challan, invoices, receipts, and amc contracts.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and payments.
- Tracking Employee Expenses: Reviewing and processing employee expense reports for reimbursement, ensuring they follow company policy.
- Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
