Job Description
The Office Coordinator keeps the office running smoothly day to day
Maintain office records, files, and internal documentation
Assist with basic HR and finance tasks (timesheets, invoices, expense tracking)
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and team activities
Support onboarding/offboarding and general employee needs
Tracking the sales team with order processing and customer documentation
Coordinate between sales, accounts, and operations for smooth order flow
