We are engaged in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Security Alarm Systems.
Job Opening: Collection Executive
Responsibilities:
- Call customers and follow up for pending payments
- Maintain payment follow-up records
- Coordinate with the accounts/team for collections
- Bill Submission Via Email
- Coordinate with Operations Team for customer compliaint affecting Collection
- Tally Knowledge will add advantage
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of calling and customer follow-ups
- Experience in collections will be an advantage
- Honest, polite, and responsible attitude
