Job Description

We are looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented professional who will manage sales coordination, inventory tracking, customer service, follow-ups, and daily sales entries on the company’s internal app/software.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth order processing, stock accuracy, and excellent customer experience.



Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Support & Order Management

• Handle incoming sales inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, phone, and email

• Assist customers with:

• Product details

• Pricing

• Availability

• Order status

• Coordinate with logistics/dispatch team for timely order fulfillment

• Ensure accurate order confirmation and closure

• Upsell or cross-sell products where relevant



2. Customer Service & Follow-Ups

• Maintain regular follow-ups with:

• New inquiries

• Pending orders

• Repeat customers

• Resolve customer complaints or issues politely and efficiently

• Track customer communication history

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business



3. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, balance stock)

• Update stock levels daily in the company app/software

• Flag low-stock items and fast-moving products

• Coordinate with production/procurement for replenishment

• Ensure zero mismatch between physical stock and system stock



4. Sales & Inventory Entry on Company App

• Daily entry of:

• Sales orders

• Dispatch details

• Returns or replacements

• Ensure all data is accurate, timely, and complete

• Generate basic sales and stock reports as required

• Maintain discipline in system updates (no backlog entries)



5. Reporting & Coordination

• Share daily updates on:

• Orders received

• Orders dispatched

• Pending follow-ups

• Inventory status

• Coordinate with:

• Management

• Warehouse/dispatch team

• Marketing team (for offers & campaigns)



Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English/Hindi; regional language a plus)

• Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Organized, responsible, and process-driven mindset

• Comfortable working with mobile apps, spreadsheets, and basic software



Technical Requirements

• Experience using:

• Inventory management systems / ERP / company apps

• Google Sheets / Excel

• WhatsApp Business

• Ability to quickly learn internal tools and workflows



Experience & Qualification

• Experience:

• 1–3 years in sales support, inventory management, customer service, or operations

• Experience in e-commerce / D2C / retail preferred

• Education:

• Graduate preferred (any discipline)
