Operation Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive (International – Europe & Japan)

Experience: 1 Or 2+ years in International Travel Ops

Focus: Europe and Japan 

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Execution: Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and local transport (Eurail, JR Pass, Shinkansen).

- Vendor Management: Liaise with DMCs and suppliers in Europe and Japan to ensure seamless service.

- Documentation: Handle visas, travel insurance, and detailed itinerary kits.

- Real-time Support: Resolve on-ground issues, such as schedule changes or local logistics hurdles.

- Cost Control: Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain profit margins.

Requirements

- Market Expertise: Proven experience handling logistics specifically for Europe or Japan.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) and travel CRM software.

- Niche Knowledge: Understanding of seasonal trends (e.g., Cherry Blossom season, European summer peaks).

 * Communication: Strong English skills; proficiency in Japanese or a European language is a plus.
