Job Description
Take care of stock received and stock outward & inward etc. 
To follow laid down operational SOPs [Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO] & personnel policies & procedures. 
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. 
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; 
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualification Required:
Must Have:  
Graduate Degree.
+3 years relevant experience.
Good knowledge of MS Office and WMS function
Good communication skills
Preferred:
BBA/MBA or degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred. 
Ecommerce Industry exposure.
Other ‘Must Have’ Requirements
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Proven work experience in warehouse handling.
Strong in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Hands on experience with warehouse management software.
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
