Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor company emails daily and report important matters
• Coordinate with banks, credit card companies & external agencies
• Resolve service issues (internet, AC, computers, electricity etc.)
• Handle exhibition registrations, paperwork & online form filling
• Book travel tickets, hotels & manage documentation
• Make small online payments (net banking/credit card)
• Maintain filing system (physical & digital)
• Scanning, printing & documentation management
• Vendor follow-ups and coordination
