Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- 🔐 Security Management
- Plan and deploy security personnel across all assigned client sites based on risk assessments and contractual obligations.
- Conduct routine site inspections, surprise audits, and night checks to ensure discipline and SOP adherence.
- Monitor guard performance, manage attendance, and handle shift scheduling.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies; conduct investigations and file incident reports.
- Conduct periodic training sessions on fire safety, emergency response, and soft skills.

- 🏢 Facility Management
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and facility hygiene in accordance with client standards.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, assets, and equipment; ensure timely procurement.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain documentation: attendance logs, checklists, asset registers, PPM schedules.
- 👥 Client & Team
- Coordination Serve as the single point of contact for clients regarding operational issues and service delivery.
- Organize client review meetings and submit monthly reports (MIS, incident logs, feedback).
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Procurement) for smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate on-site supervisors and team leads.
