Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Production Manager, located in Mumbai. The Operations & Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, inventory and warehouse management, logistics management, sourcing, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, on-ground event production coordination, ensuring quality control, and supervising staff. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of all services.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
• Experience in the floral or event decor industry is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
