Operations Coordinator

Role Summary:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing orders once they are received, coordinating with the factory and embroidery (EMB) team, and ensuring finished goods are ready on time for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review new orders.
• Put confirmed orders into the production process.
• Coordinate daily with the factory team to track production progress.
• Work closely with the embroidery (EMB) team to ensure designs are completed correctly.
• Follow up on timelines to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
• Ensure finished goods are checked and ready for dispatch.
• Communicate any delays or issues to the management team.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of factory/production workflows.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to follow up and manage timelines.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in garment/footwear/factory coordination is a plus (not mandatory).
