Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations and serve as a key liaison between students, parents, and teachers. The role involves strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations, high academic standards, and excellent client experience.

This position also includes teacher management, including onboarding, coordination, training support, and evaluation of teaching quality.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and teachers
  • Handle queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally and within timelines
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for students and parents
  • Maintain accurate records of student data, attendance, feedback, and communication
  • Teacher Management & Academic OperationsBuild, manage, and maintain a qualified teacher pool as per academic needs
  • Coordinate teacher hiring, onboarding, and documentation
  • Plan and support teacher orientation and training sessions
  • Evaluate teaching quality through feedback, reviews, and academic outcomes
  • Ensure adherence to academic standards and operational guidelines
  • Act as a bridge between teachers and management for smooth coordination
  • Operations & CoordinationCoordinate class schedules, demo sessions, meetings, and academic activities
  • Ensure timely class execution and teacher availability
  • Proactively resolve operational and service-related issues
  • Prepare basic MIS and operational reports for management
  • Support internal teams to improve processes and overall client experience
  • Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in operations, client servicing, academic coordination, or education management
  • Prior experience in education, edtech, training institutes, or coaching centers preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with empathy and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
