About Caterersnearme:

Caterersnearme is a catering discovery and booking platform that helps customers find and book trusted caterers near their event location. From birthdays and weddings to corporate events, we ensure transparent pricing, multiple catering options, and seamless on-ground execution.

Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring that every catering order is executed perfectly.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-time Operations Executive who will take complete ownership of on-ground catering operations. This is a field-intensive role, and the primary responsibility is to be present at event locations and ensure that catering orders are executed smoothly, on time, and as per commitment.

This role is purely operations-focused and does not involve sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be present on-field during catering orders to ensure smooth and timely execution
  • Take full ownership of event-day operations and ensure caterers adhere to agreed menus, quantities, timelines, and service standards
  • Act as the single point of contact between the caterer, customer, and internal teams during live events
  • Coordinate with caterers prior to the event to reconfirm order details and timelines
  • Proactively handle and resolve any on-ground issues during setup, service, or delivery
  • Ensure proper setup, service quality, and overall customer experience at the venue
  • Collect customer feedback post-event and report insights internally
  • Maintain execution checklists, reports, and basic documentation for all orders


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience or strong interest in operations, event execution, hospitality, or logistics
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving
  • Comfortable with a field + office-based role
  • Willingness to work on weekends and event days
  • Basic tech knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools)


Preferred Profile:

  • Prior experience in catering, events, hotels, or food delivery operations
  • Ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure, live-event situations
  • Mumbai-based candidates only
