Operations Executive – Mutual Fund & Distributor Onboarding

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented operations professional to manage our backend processes across mutual fund onboarding, client documentation, distributor coordination, and post-sale servicing.

You’ll be working directly with the Founder to ensure seamless execution of investments, regulatory compliance, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding:
• Handle KYC, CKYC, FATCA, and related documentation
• Coordinate with clients and partners to complete onboarding processes
• Ensure timely follow-ups and error-free form submissions
• Mutual Fund Operations:
• Assist in order tracking, monitoring transactions, and reporting
• Resolve issues with AMCs and R&T agents
• Maintain investment records, mandates, and transaction logs
• Distributor Platform Support:
• Manage backend support with empanelment and distributor coordination
• Handle onboarding across PMS, AIF, Bond, and Insurance platforms
• Track onboarding status and maintain up-to-date MIS
• Client Servicing:
• Assist with portfolio queries, SOAs, capital gains reports, and follow-up communication
• Ensure high-touch support for HNI clients with clear communication and timely execution

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Working knowledge of mutual fund operations and documentation
• Familiarity with PMS, AIF, and financial product distributor onboarding is a plus
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and document handling
• Prior experience in wealth management, AMC, or financial distributor back office preferred

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services (mutual funds, wealth, or ops)
• Process-driven and detail-oriented
• Proactive and organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working in a lean team and reporting directly to the Founder
• Mumbai-based, part WFH might work (in-office role at Nariman Point)
